There is a wonderful environment where time flows slowly.
There is the sea, there are mountains, there are villages.

However, the site is a neatly divided place as a landfill.
So to speak, I don't see much context of "earth" to read.
Therefore, I thought about creating a space only with the density of the set.

Collect, connect, and unfold a lightweight, singular unit to create a cloud-like roof.
Flexible and diverse human activities can be deployed under the cloud which can be expanded as needed.

Each element is made up of 4.8m square lightweight cubes, made up of non-combustible tent and ETFE film.
The underside of the cube is a permeable layer that guides warm air into the cube's air reservoir due to the stack effect.
In embracing a covered air layer, these adjust the internal environment and can be stacked as a lightweight structural frame.
Under such a cloud-like structure, each function expands as infill.

Under the clouds where canopies are lit and shining, such diversity attracts and gathers people.
The development of unconventional functions under a certain order calms people and fosters a rich experience that makes them want to go there.
It's like a summer festival in Chinjunomori. It's such a gentle light that makes you feel something.

Eventually, at twilight surrounded by jet-black darkness, as I sprinted on the highway, a collection of shimmering lights suddenly began to move.
The voices of cicada at the end of summer, combined with the sign of the sea that was about to be enveloped in darkness, soaked into the air of this land.
A total immersion. Holding the uplifting feelings that a festival will begin, they gather in a collection of lights. What's there?
I'm sure this invitation of light can be seen floating on the shore even from the sea.

It will be a hub where things and events gather from the surrounding environment and facilities, and charm, meaning, information, etc. are emitted.
Not only as a landmark, but also from the sea and Aoto Bridge, a collection of lights shine like a flock of fireflies inviting people from all over.
