The building is designed as a translucent mass, where people's activities reside inside. 
It takes advantage of the psychology that people want to go there when they can see 
their movements, and it becomes a place where people come to gather.
Additionally, the atrium-shaped slit that crosses the building from north to south is an 
exterior space filled with jungle-like vegetation, expressing the importance of nature. 
In the summer, mist is sprinkled around the area to create a cool air and make people 
feel comfortable. Inside the facility, there are third places required by society in the future, 
such as a theater-like event space, a book cafe, a challenge shop, and shared offices. 
By providing a space where people can gather and interact freely, we aim to create culture and 
revitalize society. From the ground-level bus terminal, people ascend to the slope and experience
a sense of exhilaration similar to being in an airport lounge. This is a place where people start
their journey, and it is a place that gives people the energy to move on to the next stage with 
a fresh feeling.
