The big squared frame is floating above the landscape. Below the big frame there are several 4.8m squared floors 
fitting the ground level of the landscape. The site was on a bank so the slabs create skipped floors, but those 
are movable. If the big hall would be necessary the movable floors will create one flat big floor. The ceiling 
unit fixed with lightings speakers and so on are also movable. So according to the purpose of events the spaces 
bellow the beg frames will create the flexible spaces. The environment is almost outside but if it should be inside 
it would be covered with membranes according to the functions. The steps will create continuous landscape from 
the bridge level to the central greenery park. It will connect the both areas like a gate of this super block. 
So here with neighbor site will be the entrance area drawing persons from other district.
