Due to the acceleration of the information society, the information which is composed by the main culture
will be more and more concentrated in big cities. At the same time, the dispersal of subcultures has begun.
The “Central-Led” culture with a strong emission source meaning the number of regions with rich individuality
who distance themselves will increase.

In the largely entrusted part of subculture to individual group and individuals, a stable environment is not
given while, its actual condition is unknown; even though, it has a cultural virtue and also, the transmission
power is weak and its stability is low.

According to the fusion of “Interspersed Subculture” and “Ruins = Old inns”, the stability and the maturity
of the local culture and also, the activity of the entire region is planned to be revitalized.

Manyo Furou Kan is a passage point for subculture.
According to the subculture leaders, the important information is obtained for their activities, it is a rest
area while at the same time, it is also an exchange point through which a wide variety of subcultures pass.

In addition, Manyo Furou Kan coexists with ancient culture; sometimes, it links and merges together.
Eventually, the exchange point will function as server that collects and sends information.
